I am a biologist interested in understanding, applying and evaluating methods for reconstructing evolutionary processes such as species diversification and morphological and molecular evolution. In particular, I am interested in the development of new methodologies to understand the relationship among these evolutionary processes and its effect in biodiversity patterns.
I am currently working with Brian O'Meara in the DateLife project, a web platform to make species divergence time data readily available for a diversity of purposes, from science communication to generation of new knowledge through downstream analyses.
