Research

I am interested the evolution of diversity. I am thus investigating which internal and external factors (traits, life history, biogeography) have influenced the diversification of dung beetles. Additionally, I am concerned whether the tools we use are appropriate for the questions we are trying to answer. Therefore, I use simulation approaches to test the adequacy of various diversification models that are currently used.
