Part-time position at Frank H. McClung Museum
The Frank H. McClung museum in Circle Park on the campus of the University of Tennessee is looking for an upper level undergraduate or graduate student in natural resources, anthropology, or archaeology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville to work as an assistant in the Mollusk Collection up to 20 hours each week. Work hours are flexible, and can be adjusted to fit the student’s schedule, but must fall within the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Student must be capable of working independently with occasional guidance from the curator. Experience with freshwater mussels is preferable but not required. Student should have some familiarity with scientific nomenclature.
